Bond $335.00
Single Bondholder Dues $290.00
Married Bondholder Dues $340.00
First Child $45
Second Child $45
Third (+) Child $20 each
*Children who are under 1 year old by May 31 are free. Non-Member (babysitter, extended family, etc) $100.00/person
Maintenance Fee $75.00 -Check will be returned upon completion of 4 hours volunteer service on maintenance days.
